J.A. Property Services started with a simple goal: offer reliable, professional power washing and surface cleaning for driveways, patios, storefronts, and equipment. We don’t do roofs or house siding—we stick to what we do best so every job is done right.
We’re expanding into seasonal services like snow plowing, salting, and winter property maintenance so we can serve you year-round. For now, we’re focused on exterior cleaning that makes a visible difference—and we only serve Chicago and surrounding suburbs so we can show up when we say we will.
