General
We offer exterior power washing for driveways, sidewalks, pavement, patios, storefronts, boats (out of water only), RVs, tractors, trailers (exterior and interior), garage floors, fences, dumpster pads, outdoor furniture, and small equipment. We do not clean roofs, house siding, or do tuckpointing.
Pricing
Most jobs fall between $250 and $300 depending on surface area, buildup, and scope. Minimum service is $225. We'll give you a clear quote before any work starts.
Service area
We serve Chicago and surrounding suburbs only. We do not accept quote requests from outside our service zone. Contact us to confirm we cover your address.
Commercial
Yes. We offer commercial exterior cleaning—storefronts, sidewalks, dumpster pads—and commercial maintenance plans (weekly, biweekly, monthly) for consistent curb appeal.
What we don't offer
No. We do not offer roof cleaning. We focus on driveways, patios, storefronts, equipment, and similar exterior surfaces.
