We may decline or reschedule work that is unsafe, outside our service area, or outside the services we offer.

Pricing may vary based on surface size, buildup, condition, access, and scope. We aim to be transparent and confirm pricing before work begins whenever practical.

We do not guarantee restoration of surfaces that are damaged, worn, improperly sealed, or stained in ways that cannot be improved with standard cleaning methods.

You agree to disclose fragile or damaged areas, prior repairs, coatings, known leaks, and anything that could affect safety or results. Withholding important information may affect outcomes and liability.

Payment is due as agreed at booking or upon completion, depending on the arrangement for your job.

Cash is not accepted. Accepted tenders include credit/debit card, Bitcoin, and business check for approved business customers only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, J.A. Property Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or performance of services, except where prohibited by law.

If a court finds any part of this limitation unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted.
